Jack Tempest-keeping

Jack is a highly qualified Acupuncturists and Chinese Medicine practitioner who believe that everyone is able to achieve optimum health in their life with the correct diagnosis, treatment and lifestyle advice. He believes no-one should have to accept chronic pain, mental health, sleep or digestive problems (or any other issues) for any period of time. Jack strives to get to the root of your symptoms and restore your underlying imbalance, so the body can start to heal itself from the inside out. 

He studied at the prestigious College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading for three and a half years to gain their Batchelor of Science and Licentiate qualifications. 

Jack at 'the fine balance' use single use, stainless steel, sterile acupuncture needles that are 0.2mm diameter (very fine) or smaller and they are silicone free. As well as other traditional Chinese techniques such as cupping, guasha, tuina and moxibustion if your diagnosis requires it.
